It appears that this application can no longer be installed on Windows 7. On running StandAlone-Setup.exe as administrator, a dialog opens that says "Free-Activation has stopped working". It appears to be collecting and sending information "to help solve the problem". If you can look into this and help resolve it, I'm sure a lot of folks would be much happier.
